WinSCP is doing some strange things to me lately.
- It doesn't work. I'm getting the error message
Incoming packet was garbled on decryption.
- Miscomputes SSH-2 encryption keys, but I'm not sure it's relevant.
- There is a known problem when OpenSSH has been built against an incorrect version of OpenSSL; the quick workaround is to configure PuTTY to use SSH protocol 2 and the Blowfish cipher. Possibly relevant, though it doesn't seem very likely. At NCSU, check quota through System Tools.
- Now we're finally getting somewhere. When using Linux to transfer files, I get the message
Disk quota exceeded(see Quota Allocation).
